When you juice primarily vegetables it puts your body in an alkaline state, in which cancer cannot grow, it clears up your skin and makes it glow, and it provides you with more energy. This is a perfect starter juice because it incorporates greens into the mix and is still fairly sweet. As you progress and get more into juicing then I would recommend to slowly take the apples out of it to reduce sugar content. It may not be the best tasting thing in the world but I guarantee that you will love the benefits once they start kicking in.
How Long Does It Take to See Results?
This depends on quite a few things. It depends how often you juice, what you juice, and your body type. You will see the fastest results if you juice primarily green vegetables with low sugar content on a daily basis. But it will definitely be easier in the long run if you start with sweeter juices.
