Strength training is arguably the single most important aspect of maximizing your penis enlargement routine. No other activity releases as much testosterone as strength training does.
In this article I am going to talk about how a well structured strength training routine will make you look, feel, and act like a man. It will change your physique, your hormone levels, and your confidence. Read more to find out how it works.
Benefits of Strength Training:
Following a structured program consisting of full body exercises like squats, dead lifts, bench press, and pull ups can be one of the best things you can do for you body. You will get significantly stronger in a relatively short time frame, put on more usable muscle mass, increase your confidence, and boost testosterone levels in your body. Even women can follow these exercise routines without getting bulky.
Look:
Strength training has the potential to completely redesign your body. Have you every seen a bodybuilder stand beside an athlete? Look at the picture below and notice the difference in their physiques. Which one looks better in your opinion? To me, the athletic build looks stronger, more effective, and more confident. It is a natural look that provides your body with the most tangible benefits.
Athletic Build

Bodybuilder
The difference between these two men is myofibril and sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. The bodybuilder is sarcoplasmic, and the athlete is myofibril. Myofibril is your muscle getting denser and it can contract more effectively providing more strength. Sarcoplasmic is the muscle holding more fluid.
Feel:
When you focus on strength training you start to FEEL more solid. When you walk around you feel the benefit of the added strength and muscle mass. You will be able to do everyday tasks even easier and you will have more energy due to a boosted metabolism. I can’t really explain this one more than this. You will have to start strength training to see the added benefits that it provides. It is different for everyone.
Act:
This is where confidence comes in. As you continue to lift you will notice that your confidence levels are constantly on the rise as you start gaining muscle mass. The added testosterone, new body image, and confidence that comes through this kind of training is noticed on the outside by other people. You start getting noticed by women more often, and you will have the confidence to approach and talk to them.
Last but not least, I preach this frequently on my website, strength training is ESSENTIAL for effective PE gains almost strictly because of the amount of testosterone produced and because it puts your body into recovery mode. I recommend strength training for everyone.
If this is something you want to get started with I would recommend you check out Mehdi’s website StrongLifts. This is how I started strength training (I’m not affiliated with this website in any way). It is completely free and a great start to strength training if you are a beginner.
