It has taken me a few months to actually get around to reviewing this bad boy. I finished the first couple months of testing and have got enough information/experience together to write this review for you dudes.

The Gaiter System:

The main thing that sets the Penomet apart for me in this Penomet review is the gaiter system. The premium package comes with several different removable gaiters (the base ring on the pump that causes the suction) that can be swapped out so you get a completely customized pump.

The Penomet’s premium gaiter is the F80 gaiter – this only comes in the premium package and it is highly recommended. If you plan on going all the way with this and are using the penomet for several months, it is a great goal to work up to because it will give you the strongest pump and the fastest gains.

And from my own experience using the F80 gaiter gives you the best immediate results. This means that for the next hour after you have had a pumping session you see a serious size gain (bonus tip: this is great to do before sex).

My Thoughts on the Penomet:
